🌟 Know Your Sports Challenge 2025 🌟
💚 April Update 💛
We have now completed 7 events in our Know Your Sports Challenge with around 20% of our competitors keeping the faith with Rory McIlroy in the Masters over the weekend.
The three horse races were won by "other" which means that those who selected other are near the top of the leader board.
Almost half our entrants got off to a good start with France in the Six Nations.
However only 10% kept the faith with the Kingdom in the National League.
Stephen Brosnan is our current leader with a score of 31 points, he is just a point ahead of David Leahy, Donal Buckley, Claire Connolly and Siobhan Costello.
In all just 10 points separate the first 12 entries.
There is plenty of points left to play for with the championship up for grabs between Leeds and Burnley with our current Leader going for Leeds along with most of the entrants. Liverpool (3pts) were the most popular pick to win the Premiership with only a few die hard supporters (probably United fans) going against them! Southampton (2pts) are rooted to the bottom and that is also a very popular pick but won't make a huge difference overall.
Between now and the end of May there should be a big shake up as the Champions League main picks have all been knocked out and we will have snooker, Champions Cup, Rugby, Us Open Golf along with the GAA and tennis as well.
In all there will be 10 more rounds before the next update so plenty of time for people to make ground and the leaders to look over their shoulders!
